The Legend of Zelda and the Lampshade of No Real Significance
About this game
The Legend of Zelda and the Lampshade of No Real Significance is a fan-made parody Flash adventure game released on Newgrounds. It is not an official Nintendo Zelda title. Players control Link on a ridiculous quest to locate the Lampshade of No Real Significance, a useless item. It uses top-down retro pixel graphics inspired by the original The Legend of Zelda. Navigate fields, caves and cabins, fight parodied monsters and solve simple humorous puzzles. The game is full of jokes, gags and fourth-wall-breaking dialogue. The whole adventure is short, and the lampshade serves no functional purpose in the end. The original English Flash SWF file can be played with Ruffle emulator, a well-known funny Zelda fan Flash game.
