Medal of Honor: Infiltrator
About this game
Medal of Honor: Infiltrator is a top-down tactical WWII shooter for Game Boy Advance, developed by Netherock and published by Electronic Arts in 2003. Players take the role of OSS Corporal Jake Murphy, carrying out covert operations behind Axis lines across three major theatres: North Africa, France and Eastern Europe, with 5 campaigns and 15 levels in total. The game mixes three level styles: stealth infiltration, overhead tactical combat and fixed first-person shooting segments. Players can wield 8 types of weapons including M1 Garand, Thompson submachine gun, grenades and bazookas, take cover, perform melee takedowns, and drive tanks and jeeps. Enemies feature alert AI; they will trigger alarms and call reinforcements once spotted. Missions include sabotage, prisoner rescue and intelligence retrieval. Besides single-player campaign, it supports 2-player versus via GBA link cable. Linking with GameCube Medal of Honor: Rising Sun unlocks bonus content. It features polished pixel graphics, black-and-white cinematic cutscenes and in-game save system. It is a standout WWII tactical shooter on GBA.
