About this game

Cube Escape: Harvey's Box is a point-and-click escape puzzle game developed by Dutch studio Rusty Lake. It is the fourth entry in the Cube Escape series, released in 2015. It originally launched as a free web browser game and later ported to mobile devices. The story takes place in 1969. Laura travels to Rusty Lake for treatment, and her pet parrot Harvey is trapped inside a cardboard shipping box. Players experience the story from Harvey’s perspective inside the confined box. The scene is limited within the carton, filled with strange items including horned melon, cigars, fish bones, dominoes and insect jars. Players collect items, solve puzzles about sheet music, nonogram and dominoes, uncover the secret of the looping box space. The ghost of Mrs. Dove appears during the journey; use fireflies to fight shadow creatures and finally obtain a black memory cube. With a unique viewpoint and simple single-scene design with tightly linked clues, it continues the plot from Cube Escape: The Lake and expands Harvey’s backstory. It retains the series hand-drawn dark suspense art style, fully operated by mouse clicks. It has a short play length and serves as an important side chapter of the Rusty Lake universe.
