Crimson Room
About this game
SuperLite 2500 Crimson Room (SuperLite2500 クリムゾン・ルーム) is a budget escape‑the‑room puzzle game developed by TAKAGISM and published by Success, released December 20, 2007 for Nintendo DS, part of the SuperLite2500 low‑cost game lineup. It is the official handheld port collection of the legendary classic Flash escape game Crimson Room. Players wake trapped inside a locked room and must hunt for hidden objects, combine items and solve puzzles to escape. The game leverages NDS touchscreen: tap scenes with stylus to collect keys, notes and parts. This compilation packs four full independent escape scenarios: Crimson Room, Viridian Room, Blue Chamber and White Chamber, each with unique puzzles and story. Certain riddles use the DS internal clock and date system for clues. The original release includes Japanese and English text. Fan Chinese translated ROMs circulate domestically, playable on real NDS flashcards or emulators. It is a classic retro escape room title for Nintendo DS.
