Cars - Mater-National Championship

Cars: Mater-National Championship is a cartoon racing game developed by Tantalus Interactive and published by THQ for GBA in 2007, the sequel to the original GBA Cars game. The story centers on the first Mater-National racing festival hosted by Mater, where international racers gather in Radiator Springs to compete against Lightning McQueen. The GBA version keeps the top-down 2D racing style, adding new international opponents. It features circuit races, time trials, monster truck mode and multiple fun minigames. Players control Lightning McQueen, Mater, Sally, Doc Hudson and more, each car with unique acceleration, steering and suspension stats. Earn bonus points from races to unlock new vehicles, paint liveries and tracks across Radiator Springs, Ornament Valley and Tailfin Pass. It supports two-player multiplayer. This family-friendly game retains the cartoon vibe of the Pixar Cars franchise.
