Chase H.Q.

Chase H.Q. (チェイス H.Q.) is an arcade police pursuit racing game developed and published by Taito, released in 1988. It is one of the most iconic late-80s pseudo-3D arcade racers inspired by police-chase action films. Players take the role of detective Tony Gibson and partner Raymond Broady, driving an unmarked black Porsche 928 under instructions from dispatcher Nancy. Gameplay is split into two phases: catch up to the fleeing suspect within the time limit, then repeatedly ram the criminal’s vehicle until it is disabled. Turbo boost (3 uses per stage) helps close the gap while dodging civilian traffic, with branching route choices available on highways. Powered by sprite scaling and parallax scrolling for pseudo‑3D road depth, it features digitized voice samples and classic synth soundtrack. There are five unique pursuit missions. Later ported to Mega Drive, Game Boy, Game Gear, X68000 and FM Towns, followed by Chase H.Q. II. The arcade ROM runs on MAME emulator, a legendary Taito police chase arcade title.

Das sind die Standardtasten. Jedes Arcade-Board hat unterschiedlich viele Tasten und meint Unterschiedliches damit. Oben stehen die Tasten 1–6 des Boards: auf Neo Geo (The King of Fighters und Co.) sind A/B/C/D die Tasten 1–4, Metal Slug nutzt nur 1, 2 und 4 (Schuss / Sprung / Granate), und Pac-Man gar keine. Sechs-Tasten-Prügler mit drei Schlägen und drei Tritten (etwa Street Fighter II) bekommen vom Kern ein anderes Layout: leichter Schlag U, mittlerer Schlag I, schwerer Schlag Q, leichter Tritt J, mittlerer Tritt K, schwerer Tritt E. Klicke im Player auf das Gamepad-Symbol 🎮 und dann auf „Tasten belegen“, um die Tastenbelegung des Emulators zu öffnen (Tastatur und Gamepad, wird automatisch gespeichert). Gamepads werden automatisch erkannt. Auf dem Handy bekommst du Bildschirmtasten.
