The Grudge

The Grudge is a short horror point-and-click Flash game based on the Japanese horror movie franchise Ju-on. Published on old Flash game portals, players explore a cursed Japanese haunted house. Navigate dim rooms, collect items and solve simple puzzles to uncover the house’s tragic past. The game uses dark low-res hand-drawn visuals, eerie ambient audio and sudden jump scares. Interact with objects by mouse clicks, explore hallway, bedroom and entryway. Encounter terrifying imagery related to Kayako as you progress. It is a short horror experience with a fixed ending. The original Flash SWF file can be played via Ruffle emulator, a famous classic short horror Flash game.
