Back in the city, Meg tries to uncover corporate secrets, only to witness her superior being assassinated by Donovan’s operatives. She retrieves a disc holding top‑secret data and narrowly escapes the building. Meanwhile Steppenwolf departs for the abandoned Antarctic research base to investigate an eight‑year‑old tragedy.
