Rusty Lake: Hotel

Rusty Lake Hotel is a surreal point‑and‑click psychological horror puzzle game developed by Dutch indie studio Rusty Lake, released January 29, 2016. It is the first full-length paid title within the Rusty Lake universe, continuing the lore of Samsara Room and Cube Escape series. Set inside a mysterious hotel on an island in Rusty Lake, players take the role of Harvey the parrot, serving five anthropomorphic animal guests: Mr. Deer, Mr. Rabbit, Mrs. Pheasant, Mr. Boar and Mrs. Pigeon. Explore each guest’s room, collect items, combine objects and solve brain teasers to gather ingredients for five fatal dinners. The game includes the lobby plus five guest rooms, each with unique puzzles and original soundtrack. Hand-drawn dark surreal art style, unsettling ambient music and fragmented storytelling reveal the cursed Eilander family’s dark rituals of immortality. It supports PC and mobile platforms with official Simplified Chinese, widely regarded as a landmark indie horror puzzle title.
